Allison pineapple cake
SO Easy and YUMMY!!!!
Preheat over to 350
Cake Ingredients:
2 Eggs
4 tbsp. pineapple juice
2/3 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp baking power
1/4 tsp salt
Topping:
1/4 cup butter
2/3 cup brown sugar
1 can pineapple rings
Preheat over to 350

- Mix all cake ingredients together!
- In a baking dish spay with pam
- Mix all topping ingredients together
- Lay pineapple ring in bottom of pan and cover with topping mix
- Bake on 350 for about 20 min and enjoy
